My dear Sister.
I hope you're all well and that my card didn't upset you. I'm at present undergoing treatment in a hospital in France. My wounds are not serious and I expect to be back to my reigment pretty soon. I got hit by a couple of pieces of a shrapnel shell one in my leg and the other in the back between my shoulders. I was hit on Sunday the 7th So you see we are as busy on Sunday as any other day of the week. I hope you've heard from Alick by now I have wrote him several times with out any answer. I'll drop you a note soon andress all letters to my old adess
Your affect Brother
