Dear Mother

Well we arrived safely and had a very good trip. I met Marg and young [Charls?] at the station and I went to aunt Frances for breakfast Henry came over and spent about an hour there and drove me down to the station again. Aunt Frances was in bed but looked quite well she asked how you and Grama Wood were feeling after hearing about Helen. Well I can’t tell you much about Kingston yet but I am writing from the YMCA we have just been for a swim in the pool. we are living in a building here there are about 500 of us from all over Canada who just arrived to day. but the best part about it is that we only have six hours work a day and don’t have to be in till twelve o clock. well I will write in a day or so I will say goodbye now with lots of love too all
