March 26th 1917

Dear Bro. Bill :- Just a few lines to let you know I have received your three welcomed letters, which was dated Feb. 9th 16th 22nd respectively. I must say that I am very well pleased to hear that you are all well at present, as this leaves me the same. Well! You have told me the good news once again, about Henry arriving home and that he would of liked to come back again to accompany me. That part of it would be alright too, but I wish I could accompany him. He must be having a good time, because that is an updated home. We are out of the trenches and billeted in a good place, where you can buy anything you want. There are even photographs, and I shall have to get my photo taken, right away, and send it to you. I will try at any rate. Something about the war. A London news writer says that war will end Feb. 13th 1918. He takes his information from the 12 chapter of Daniel and 5th verse. Just find the chapter and see what it reads. I forget to tell you about getting Lucy’s letter the same time as I got yours. No more for this time. Your Brother, Wesley. Write soon
