April 1/45

Dearest Dad Mother Bro & Sis & Duke,

Here I am once more today being Sunday an also Easter Sun and also April fools day and I thought I'd drop a line to tell you that I am feeling fine and hope that you are all the same at home.West to Mass and Communion this morning for the intentions of the boy's in the Western Front.I suppose you have heard that Tuck is now in Holland and he sure sound's very pleased over that poor kid I get a letter from him and he still really and truly loves Denise dearly.

Next week I think I'd go and see Leo that is if I can which I think I can and if not next week I'll be seeing him for sure in the vicinity of the Mounts. Tuck expects to get a leave in the middle of April and he's going to spend it with me and boy oh boy will we ever have a time of our life and how but we hope the war will be over by now over here anyway. I guess it's a matter of a few week's now oh may be still day and happen soon. Anyway it sure can't be too soon for all of us. Well say Hello to all Aunt's and Uncles for me Cousins, etc. A big kiss to Grandmother and special Hello to Uncle and Aunt Ed and there really isn't anymore to say so I think I'll sign off tonight. Wishing you all the very best of Health and above all May God Bless you dear ones.

From your son and bro who loves you dearly

And always thinks of you in his prayers.

Loads of Love & Kisses Louis xxxxxx
