We acknowledge your letter dated 18th March last concerning your son's Service estate and regret to advise that the personal effects and pay documents have not yet been received from Overseas, and until their arrival here we will be unable to commence administration of the Service estate.

We are, however, to-day communicating with our Overseas Headquarters requesting that every effort be made to expedite their shipment and as soon as a report is received we will notify you promptly.
