Dear Mrs. Dennison,

We are wondering if you have had any more news of your missing son.

We have no more information only that there were eight in the crew. Three Scotchmen, one Englishman, and for Canadians. My husband wrote to the Wing Commander and received a reply in January giving us the names and address of next of kin of the crew.

We have been anxiously hoping to hear something this last few weeks since the Allies liberated so much country. I hope and pray for their return but it has been a long time.
