With reference to the estate of the deceased soldier named in the margin, I have the honour by direction, to advise you that a Will made by the deceased has come to hand in which you are named as sole beneficiary. Copy of such Will is enclosed herewith. You will note that the same deals with Real as well as personal estate and I presume therefore, it will be your intention to take out probate. If such is the case and you will let me know, the original Will will be forwarded to you for that purpose. If however you do not intend to take out probate, please be good enough to complete and return the enclosed Army form 77 for the purpose of formal identification.
