My dear little daughter

Thanks very much for your letter dated the 16th of April. You are getting quite a good little writer & your letters are quite newsy. The letter you got from Mrs Ridley was very nice & shows that she must have thought quite a lot of you, am returning it as I thought you would like to keep it.

I suppose by this you are going to Miss Jone's [sic] school in Mold, I hope you will like it there & make nice friends as you did in Godalming. Tell Frank I am waiting for another letter from him, he must keep in practise [sic] or he will be getting rusty again.
Fondest love to Mother,Frank, Eric & yourself.

Your loving Dada
