No 424447 F Company 32 Battalion Risboro Barracks Shorncliffe 14/11/15 Dear Sister I received your letter and your box this week. I had one from Maggie the same night and a letter from home, thanks for the box it arrived in time for supper, we are having some better weather now than what we were getting, it does not rain so much now, but we mostly get a shower every 24 hours it is getting a bit colder now and there is frost in the mornings, but it is better than continually rain, well I wonder if I will be able to finish this letter now, I started it this after noon and it is night now, there is only three of us in the hut just now, so every is very quiet, all the rest have gone down town, there is not much news here every thing goes on as usual, I think that is about all I have to say this time hope this finds you all well as it leaves me fine. I remain Your loving brother Alex
