No 424447 F Coy 32 Res Battn Risboro Barrks Shorncliffe 6/1/16 Dear Sister I arrived back here alright and in time I had a good run back to London I left Dumfries at 11 o'clock and arrived in London at seven. I got into Barracks at 1 o'clock we went for a route march that day for about ten miles I felt pretty sleepy after I got back from the march so I went to bed at six at night and slept till half past six the next morning. We are still having our usual wet weather down here it has rained every day since I got back, it was very quiet at home for the New Year I stayed at home all day for it rained all day and part of the next one. Well I sent that badge away to night so you will likely get it the same time as this well there is not much news around here we have not heard yet when we are going away I suppose we will be here for a month yet, maybe more or maybe less well I think that is all this time. Hope this finds you all well as it leaves me fine. I remain Your loving brother Alex
