Bramshott Camp. Eng.

June 9th/18

Dear Mother:-

Just a few lines to let you know I am well and getting along fine we are having it pretty good too not too hard a drill and plenty to eat. What is Charlie doing since he came home from Halifax. I haven't had any mail from you since some time about the last of May and that was wrote on April 1st. I see Vince Duffy nearly every evening now so I am out of quarantine again. I was down to Haselmere last night. its only a small town about 2 miles from the camp it was the first time we got away from barracks since Mar 9th.

We are having lovely weather here now I think they crop all the year around in this country one place you will see them planting another place they are cutting hay.

Well as news is awfully scarce I think I will close hoping you are all well.

Write soon

Good Bye

Allan
