DEAR MADAM:
I am in receipt of a communication from the Board of Pension Commissioners, which informs that your case has been considered by the Board, and it had been decided that under the Pensions Act you are not eligible personally for Pension, but in the Amendment to the Act it has been agreed to pay the amount which was being paid in respect of children Vis: $6 per month for a period of twelve months.

You will find enclosed the Certificates which you offered in support of your claim.
