Kentville, N.S.
Dear Leo,

I thought I would drop you a few lines today to let you know that I'm getting along fine and like this place great. We are on top of a high hill here and the view is splendid. Kentville itself is just below us and about five minutes walk from here. The grub is fine and so far I can see nothing whatever to kick about.

How did you get along with the strawberries on Monday and did you go down to the presentations that night; I suppose you received your [wig?] alright; I'm waiting patiently for Papa to send me mine.

There are quite a number of Islanders here, several from Ch'Town but I don't think you would know any of them.

Now there is not a particle of news today but I will write often and I want you to do the same. Help them all you can out home Leo in your spare time.

Love to all.

Your Loving Brother,
Victor
