Feeling much better today.
Given some boiled fish at noon and some tea + toast n the afternoon
Able to sit up in Bed.

Wrote to the Doc, to Jim + to Mary

Fairly good today.

Poached egg + mashed potatoes for lunch

Feel like smoking so had a couple of cigarettes

On regular diet today.

Monday April 15, 1918

Got up today for a couple of hours. Found my legs pretty weak - was only able to navigate to a chair about 8 paces distant.

Tuesday April 30, 1918

Left for Matlock Bath in A.M. arrived at Can. Officers Conv. Hospital about 2 P.M.
