We boarded the ship last night. Pulled from dock about 6 o'clock this morning. At eleven we stopped above Quebec for 4 hours. Went through Quebec about 8 o'clock.

Sunday Sep 5th/15

River is widening. Joined Gunboat early this morning. Had church service this afternoon on aft deck. Boat sighted on horizon about 4 o'clock.
