Dear Mom,

Having a terrific time as I always do when I'm on leave!

Every day so far I've been in a different city. The first day I was in Manchester, the second in Newport, south Wales, the third in Cardiff, and today in a few moments I'll be catching a train to Swansea ! I travel, travel, travel, getting glimpses of many places, and do I ever love that! last evening I danced with some lovely Welsh girls in a hall in Swansea. Great fun ! You'll be hearing about my leave one of these days.

So long for now, and have a Happy Birthday on the third !
