My dearest Mother
I am as you see "out" once more for a few days after our Xmas trip. I had a very good time under the circas but will not speak of it here as I'm writing a full description, which isn't finished yet, but when it is you will have it.
We have a Section affair coming off tomorrow in celebration of Xmas and New Year which I guess will be all right - more when it's over.
I received Pa's letters O.K. - verses of carol etc that were used as arranged and I have so many other letters to answer that I don't know where to start. I got Minnie's letters on Xmas Day and read it just before the carol.
I can't correspond at all lately and I don't know what is the matter with me.
Never mind I must stop now so bye bye.
Ever your very loving boy
Jack.
