Dear Mother:-

Just a few lines to let you know I got a parcel from you Saturday everything inside was allright although it was to France and back.

I couldn't' tell where it came from until today when I discovered a note in the wedding cake it has a very Moreish taste you can tell.

Mrs. Hamm, Jr., I didn't have any letters from you for away over a month.

We are having nice fine warm weather here now.

How is Dad and all the rest.
