Dearest Jessie,

I guess I just wrote you two or three days ago but I got your nice letter last night when I got back off of leave so must answer it. I can't understand why you don't get my letters of course this letter of yours is very old Feb 11. The wether here is fine very warm today. well Jessie I had a great time in Blighty.

I sent you four pieces of music I don't know whether they are any good or not but you will know and tell me how you like them. have you got or ever heard the song good bye it is pretty good I think I will have it for you in a week or so. I met a young lady in Scotland she said she was going to send it to me if she had it.

I saw Jessie Sedy on my way back from leave. I was sure glad to see her. So is Vic back home yet? Some lucky fellows in this war. Is Bill Wicks back?

I got Margarite Blaks add today. I must write here. Is Violet Prest home yet? you say you wish things would go down in price so you would not feel like spending so much. I guess father doesn't mind spending lots of money on you.

Well bye bye

Lots of love to All
Aff Bro Donald
