Mon. Aug. 13 -

Had a small shoot of 25 rounds early in the morning. On guard at night. Had been warned that I might have a chance to go to the Rest Camp but nothing definite. Two can go at a time from the battery to the camp near Boulogne. About 9:45 p.m. was told to get ready to go to waggon lines at once with ration waggon that I was to go to camp. Got to Bully Grenay a little after midnight.
