Sun. June 24 -

Parades - exercising & grooming horses - half holiday in afternoon. Yesterday, a triplane while going thru manoevers collapsed - wings falling off and fell headlong to the ground not far from our lines. In fact, pieces of the machine fell in the lines. An ambulance came up but the men must have been killed instantly. In evening Joe Greig came again to see me.
