Dear Mother,

I forgot when writing Dad to ask for woolen combinations. You know the size I guess and they must be fair weight and good quality. I like that Cee Lee of Turnbulls pretty well, but don’t like any of Penmans. If possible don’t have sleeves longer than 24” from centre of back. They are usually so long. I will need them in six weeks or so & in fact could wear them almost any time, but some days it is most terribly hot.

I am also enclosing some snaps I don’t think you have had, and some other junk.
