Dear Sister

Just a few lines to let you know that I am well, hope this will find you all the same. I just came back of leave yesterday. I was to glasgow and London. I had a great time in glasgow. I liked it lots better than London. the people are different in Scotland. I took a boat ride away down the Clyde and seen all the shipyards. Scotland Is an awful pretty place in the summer. I was going to come back and see Dan but I had such a good time I forgot to come back until It was too late. I had a letter from him yesterday he is coming dow here for a week end he may be down this week. he is only 90 miles from here. Well I am having a fairly good time here now We have the hardest of the training over now. We will soon be ready for France. Well how are you getting along those times. I wish you would write oftener. I havent got a letter from Canada since I came over. I havent much news to write Just now - so I will close. Write soon.
