Dearest Darling —

Well my love here I am again had a lovely day to-day doing absolutely nothing except I walked over and got clean sheets for my sack. The mail came in to-nite but its still about twenty miles from Reykjavik so it should be sorted by the time the show is over to-nite so darling I had better have at least five from you because just one last week or I’ll spank you when I get home?

Well darling I saw the show and got the mail “two” letters from you but I suppose darling you have been having such a terrible time you don’t feel like writing so you are excused, but darling maybe you will feel better if you write and tell me all about it after all darling I do love you and you mean everything to me, and I do want you to be happy. Maybe everything was for the best and we cant be the judge of things like that so please darling don’t feel too badly your letters were dated Oct. 25 and Oct. 30 (quite a distance apart. and darling I am lonely as hell for you. I sent a couple of snaps quite a while ago and will have some more in my next letter I still haven’t been able to find an envelope large enough for the group picture but I’m going to town in the morning so I’ll try and get one then. Darling I have 3 letters here this is the third I’m having mailed in Canada there is a plane leaving here to-nite so you may get them sooner than previous letters I have written and then again you may not get any of them (but I hope they are mailed ok.

Well darling I guess I’ll close now and give the letters to one of the fellows who are leaving so be a good girl I love you and let me know how you are making out your lonely husband love & xxxxx

Frank.

P.S. just waiting for next weeks mail already.
