Dearest Jeanie.

Well I finally settled and here I am. I spent a day in Montreal two days in Halifax then proceeded here I could have sat down and cried when I saw Halifax what a black dumpy city with cobblestones they haven’t used any paint on their buildings there for a hundred years or more, what a garbage dump! It is very nice though here in Yarmouth its right on the bay of fundy, our camp is two miles out from the town (the town is quite small) in fact I really haven’t looked it over yet I just passed thru it in a station wagon! All my clothes are absolutely filthy they all have to go to the cleaners so I guess I wont be seeing the town for awhile! How are you coming along with jr. I guess I’ll close for now & go to bed I’m dead tired I didn’t arrive here until 9.30 AM. this morning
