Dear Jeanie.-

Received your letter to-day. I have written two and this is the third since your last one so, you should have them by now. It is too bad about your increase in pay? My pay records just got three here a few days ago of course I haven’t signed over any more pay to you as yet, but I will as soon as I find out the score around here. Well darling I don’t know what to write about, the time just seems to fly and I don’t seem to have time to do anything, I sure find it hard to settle down and do any work. We went out to sea at 10 am. This morning and got back at 7 p.m. and I’m dead tired. I hope you received the photo’s ok; they cost me $15.00 and they aren’t very good but I suppose they are quite natural also my hair is getting grayer every day. I guess I’m getting old? I went into Victoria yesterday and paid the Hudson Bay store $35.00 I owed them then I had a few drinks and came home on the 1 am. Bus so I haven’t got much life to-nite! The weather here is really grand now I’m going swimming in the sea one of these days (voluntarily I hope) Well darling I must close and have a shower and go to bed to-morrow is another hard day so goodbye for now, and I still love you for some reason or other even if you are crabby and bossy. Love & kisses

Xxxxx xxx
Frank.

P.S. enclosing the $10.00 I borrowed from you.
