My Dearest Own Little Agda

How are you Agda dear? Are you perfectly jake-a-bonn now and forgotten all about that horrible Mrs Thomas? She never wrote to me, so I guess she must have thought better of it. I am just getting acquainted with Hafford, and it’s a bumn joint. Bill is away in his holidays, and there is just all kinds of work. I’ve spent $105.00 in livery just this week. Blaine Lake the Second town up the line is a real live burgh, the place is full of boot leggers, and believe me its tough, just now, for it is full of Half breeds, Russian’s, and Doukoburs. There arn’t so many Galicians here, and I believe the Douks are a little better. I had a letter from old Warren yesterday advising me to quit here and go to Alberta, and I’m almost tempted to do that darling, for I think I am entitled to have a detachment of my own, then it would be jake for you and I together, dear, but I do not like the idea of having you here and for me to work under Bill. I’m getting sick of him. However darling we’ll see how it goes when you are with me, everything will be rosy. Arn’t you the dearest girl? I love you dear, and long for you, and want and need you always

Bye-bye my Own Agda, my Angel Girl for now, Remember me to the old folks. With all my love and Kisses, Agda Darling, I am, and always will be

Your very own
Harry
