Dear Folks at home

Well Gladys this is Sunday and I though I’d drop you a few lines to let you that I’m well hoping this will find yous all the same I had a letter from you the other day and I dident have time to ancer it till today, I had a parcel from John yesterday and one from Aunt Lucey today it was a dandy box.

That was 8 parcels I have had sence I came to Eng. I have a snap here, I’m sending you one I don’t now if you will no them or not, so I better tell you my self and Burt Hill,

I had a letter from Harold the other day I rote to him when I got his adress but he was gon back to Scottland he said he was fine, I wish I had of seen him but I might see him yet.

I don’t just now when I’m going to France but I think it will be some time yet

Well Gladys there aint much news to tell you.

I had a letter from Earnest the other day, and I had one from happy it was some letter. Well I must close for this time hoping to here from you soon by by
