Dear Mother & All.

You can see by this that I am in London again I came down here to attend Alf Rhiumers wedding. He got married at 12:30 today I came in to town last night at 10 P.M. and went to the house where his people live about 11 a.m. this morning I had a fine day of it and injoyed myself fine Everyone tried to make me feel at home. Joe Rhiumer was there and he was sure surprised to see me.

Edgar was to have come down too but Friday his hut was quarintined on account of one of the boys having measles Edgar is first class though only he missed this and has to stay in the hut for three weeks

Now there are four huts in the battalion in quarintine so if you don’t get a letter for a while you will know that the whole Batt. has be quarantined I don’t expect it though and I sure hope not this week for I want to keep on at my Bombing and pass my exam next sat.

I will get Edgar to write a note and I will post it.

I must hurry now and get my train as I have about half an hour

Even if we are [?] we will get word to you as often as we can

Your Son & Brother

Alf.
