My Darling Mother

just a line to tell you I am going into Hospetal this afternoon to be Operaited on for piles, I have got Piles very bad, I can not walk or sit down, so the Doc said the best thing was to go to Hospetal and have them taken out, so will go this after noon at 1 P.M., other wise I am all O.K, I had letter from Florence Friday & she was some better, But have not heard from her today I don’t know what is wrong I am sure, But it is funny she did not write, she might be worse, But hope not any way, The weather has been beautiful this last week, so it will not be so bad in Hospital so don’t mind it, as long as Florence is all right, I must get ready for Hospital so will have to close, Hoping you are all O.K.

I will expect a letter tomorrow with money will let you know if I got it all O.K.

With best Love I am as ever Your

Loving Son Harold
