Letter

Sunday, A.M. September 23rd.

Have been in bed since Friday night with a temperature; guess I got a chill in the air but I am up now and feel much better but a bit weak. I was up at 17000 on aerial sentry for some time and it was very cold and I felt it very much after coming down. I will be all right by tonight.

Will write you at length today. You will be glad to hear I have a brand new bus, beautiful engine, highest powered going and climbs like a rocket.

Letter from Viv yesterday. Nothing to mention in particular.
