Dear George ; Just a few lines in answer to your ever welcomed letter which my mother received not long ago. We were so glad to hear from you. That you are well We were so glad to get the photo with Wesley in it. There is a fellow in it looks like Bob. My mother would of wrote to you only she was very busy house cleaning. Henry is still in Winnipeg but he will be home for christmas anyway. You must excuse the scribbling. Well George the weather here is very cold lots of snow. We had no further word about poor Wesley. Poor fellow he is resting in Peace. He will never be for-gotten on this earth and never shall. My father is also well. Well George hope to hear from you soon. Your loving friend William James Johnston 318 Norah Ave. Port Arthur Ont.
