Sunday, August 19th.

It is just 10.30 A.M. I would have written yesterday had I half a chance, but we were rushed through from the time I left Victoria and the train simply jammed, so much so I couldn't scribble a line.

This morning I am posted to 23 Squadron as I hoped to be, and am awaiting a tender to come and fetch me to that Aerodrome. I was recommended to them so I will do my best to make good.

Must close now and get ready to move.
