June 16 - When the artillery service officers had us move out of town as they thought we helped to give their position away by the smoke from the Kitchens and going and coming into the Village in daylight. We then moved back about two miles to near Newville (Neuville just south of Arras?) and pitched our camp in the open country [away from them all]. It was quiet and peaceful here.
