ON MOTION IT WAS RESOLVED

That the Board of Directors of the Bank of Hamilton place on record their sorrow at the news of the death of G.A.C. Broome, who died abroad of wounds received in action. They are pleased to bear testimony to the faithful and satisfactory manner in which he had always discharged his duty while in their service, and feel that a very promising career has been cut short.
They also desire that a copy of this Resolution be sent with deep sympathy to his relatives.
