Lifted camp and moved east . T.M.I. scouting. Saw General Clery and Lord Dundonald. Brigade moves very slow. Don't know where we are going. Stopped and watered, unsaddled and fed at 1P.M. Stopped for night at 5 P.M. Turned the horses out to pasture. None of us on guard. Could here naval guns firing to our left.
