Feb. 17, 1944. Dearest Mom - Today I rec'd the second letter from you for about five or six weeks, Oct. 29. Other was Sept. 26. Latest from Brenda Oct. 25. As I told you in last letter pers. parcel sent in Oct. reached here not far behind Sept. parcel. Also six records arrived in good condition. I was told yesterday there are some more records in for me. I won't know where they are from till I get them. Neither you [?] mentioned sending any more. 900 records sent by C.P.O.W.R. arrived recently, a swell selection, so don't bother to send any more records. I'll be lucky to hear all these. Cooking utensils, cocoa, gum and candies sent by Prime Minister also rolled in, and were greatly appreciated. Photo album and parlor baseball arrived yesterday and I've had several games since then. Moon Tide and gloves arrived long time ago. I'm taking vitamins every day. Will write another form. Love, Syd.
