Letter

Aug 11, 1917.

Dear Grannie:

Hello! How are you? I haven't heard from you yet but I guess I am in too much of a hurry, eh! I suppose you will have seen the letter that I wrote to Dad, all about getting here, also have written Kathleen, twice I think.

This certainly is a gay old town. I think it would suit you fine especially the dodging the buses.

Sharpe and I are thinking about going down to Brighton Saturday or Sunday but I am not sure whether we will pull it off or not.

Max just left here. He is going to Manssomething or other tomorrow morning to learn to fly. Culver was also in town today.

Am not doing very much except spend money

Write and tell me all the news and how you are getting along

With love

Gord
