Dear Mom Dad & Art:

Here's just a short note to you this time as we are doing quite a bit of running around. Arrived last nite about 9:30 & then shipped out to our barracks. This morning 4 of us were "joed" to go down to the station & sort out the baggage, we filled one truck & by that time it was time to eat so I guess someone else was on the spot this afternoon, not us.

It was sure great meeting the boys again, fellows from the last station & fellows we were with in F.T.S., All our own fellas who got commissions really do look smart it really does make a difference to them as far as looks go, none of them have changed the other way. I tried a coat & hat on and must say (not boasting) I do really look OK in one, guess will have to work harder & get one over there; we aren't made P/O over there but 7/O's 25¢ a day more.

There's really no news to tell at all, so will close now hoping you are feeling much better Mom & that every thing is O.K. so bye now & love to you all & the others

Your loving son
Jack
