Still fine & warm.

The completion of the intermediate line practically assured. The Brigade Maj. of the incoming Brigade, 101st visited us today and I conducted him over the defenses. He was mighty pleased at the line he had to take over & considering there we almost no trenches or defenses of any kind here when we took over, it certainly reflects credit on this Brigade.

The Hun was exceptionally attentive with his artillery when we were going the round and got two quick hits on [?] Trench just ahead of us. No casualties. Another trench called Wergoon Posh was shelled and one man killed.

The final rehearsal was carried out successfully and our raid should be O.K.
