Dear Mom & Dad:-

Received the parcel tied up with shoe laces OK. Everything in it was in good shape. The cigs from Bob & Lorna arrived at the same time. They came in the nick of time as usual.

Danny Phil was up to visit me last Sunday. He came in to my room with Danny Grady. We talked over everything from the Nash to the last V8, and we found a good many laughs. He received letters from Tick & Emily.

I had quite a surprise last wek when I received letters from Sounil and Percy on the same day. Percy obtained my address from Red Rice in the North Novas and sent it to Sounil. Sounil said that he was trying to get my address for a long time but to no avail "so", he said, "I wrote the Jeep, he can find out anything." He said that it was a surprise to him to hear that the jeep was over but it was like Dan McNeil said, "he's hards as nails." He enquired as to how you and Dad were getting on. Fine he hoped. He is a gunner in an Auti tank Regt. Percy is a sapper in the Engineers. I haven't answered their letters yet but will shortly.

Tomorrow is Sunday and to school I go. I am doing well at the drawing and look forward to the Sunday periods with much enthusiasm. I only wish that we could have more periods a week. The school is at Eastbourne That is about an hours drive by track. Circumstances demands that I quit for now. Thank everybody for everything.

Love to all
Boyley
