Dear Mother:-

Hope Gladys received the badge I sent but if not I wish she would write & say. Just recieved a letter from Bea & she seems to be getting about the same weather out there as we are here.

Am sending you a pin with three small maple leaves with our number & ensign & Ralph & Wilf a large maple Leaf each, hope you all like them as a remembrance. Sent Bea one like yours.

We recieved a second dose of onocculation to-day it is just beginning to work on me. We are sure getting lots of rain but it soon disappears here on account of the sand.

Did you ever get any reply to that letters I sent Col. Sharpe. I have never heard anything it however I am going to try & get 7 or 8 days in July & will probably be home for the 1st.

We have a bunch of visitors in camp today so I think if you & father wish to come down there will be nothing to stop you. Well must close & write Bea before my arm gets to bad as it is getting worse all the time. Hope this finds you all well.

Your Loving Son.

Roy
