Dear Mother

Thank you for your letter, We are having very fine Weather here now, regular spring weather I hope that you are having the same.

I had a letter from maggie dated the middle of December, a few days ago.
I suppose the Boys will be starting to sow very soon now, if you are getting the same weather as we are.

I think I told you that some one had stolen that sweater that I had, I was very sorry to lose it I should have liked to have brought it home for a souvenir but I supose it cant be helped. I wish you would ask Hugh to write sometimes, if he is not to busy.

I should not be suprised if I move to another camp soon, but of course I dont know.

I am knitting a Sweater now for for an Australian of course he had to find the wool, when I have finished it, I think that I shall quit.

I am still working in the letter office, but it is rather a shame to be inside this nice weather.

I have no news at all. so you must excuse my letter being short.

your loving Son

Tom.
