Initial Personnel Appraisal
January 27, 1943

Completed Grade 11 and left school at 18 to go to work. Worked at BC Plywoods for a year, where his right hand and arm were injured. He has been on compensation for the last 2 years. Otherwise he is in good health.

He has very superior learning ability as indicated by the M score. Started a night school course for the metal lathe, completed 3 of 6 months. He has a good attitude and personality. Is alert and self-confident. Seems to be a stable and reliable type. He might be trained as Orderly Room Clerk if he can't stand up to training.
