Dear Everybody:
It seems a long time since I wrote you from the boat.
I also wrote CUT & hope you got both letters O.K. as I wanted you not to worry in case you didn't hear from me for a month or two. We expect to make a stall at a port from where our mail will be sent but it may be a matter of months before you get this, nevertheless.
We know now that we are not bound for CUT but have no idea when we are due to arrive at our destination. A year ago now I was out at Penhold and well do I remember the damp cold weather we had, the vaccinations & my first real taste of military life. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since then and I've seen quite a bit of the world too in that
