Fine & warm. Very dry. Again visited Vendelles and went over the work to be done with the R.E.

It seems interesting. A series of Keeps or Redouts in a ruined village, Le Verquier, a short distance from Vendelles. Have handed over transport to another officer. The line is quiet.
