The change has made very little difference to we are still all together in the same Coy., have the same huts but have another Colonel. Ours is now second in command. I find him in good health and fairly good circumstances. There is no brickyard here now some 20 years ago or so some Liverpool men leased the land for 999 years and turned it into a sugar mill. They are all married three of his boys are in the army, one a sailor, and a prisoner of war in Germany, three of his son-in-laws are soldiers. The family is well represented in the army.
