Camp Borden, Ontario

Dear Sister, -

Received your card last week and was glad to get it. How are you now, out of bed yet. We l am well at present. It rained twice this week so it is not so dusty now. I arrived O.K. in Camp last Monday.

I came through Toronto way, stoped at Aunt Nellie's, but she was not home. I got a letter from her this week & she says she will be home on Thursday Aug 24th. I got the cook house job today, to help the cook.

Last night I saw the Northern Lights up here, Did you notice them down to Port. They are nice to look at.

Well we are here yet & don't know exactly when we will leave, Don't know when my next pass will come but it won't be this week. To day the weather is fine up here.

I here today we will all get a pass on the Twenty of Sept and get our

Colours in Haldimand, so the Batt will be all on pass.

From your loving brother

Arthur
