Dear Addie:-

Just a few lines to let you know I received your letter today dated July 8th and was very glad to hear from you as there is always lots of news in your letters that the rest wouldn't be bothered telling me. I guess its something awful all the new things they are getting preparing for that great event that will be over long before you get his letter.

Tell Laura she out to start and get with Angus Newberry he is only about 85. I hope Perces ankle is better by this time but I would have liked to have seen him after he came from under the tar bucket.

I got the parcel that you and Bertha sent me and it was certainly good too. Tell Perce if he isn't too busy she might drop me a line some time and let me know how everything is going.

Well as this is about all I can think of I will have to close so.

Write Soon

Good Bye

Allan
